Anger
Anger can build up from a variety of feelings like frustration, money worries, family problems, being bullied, bereavement, feeling put-down or threatened. How often anger is felt and how intense those angry feelings are, varies from person to person.
Anger is a natural and basic human emotion which physically prepares the body to defend itself by increasing adrenaline and raising blood pressure. All of us experience anger at some point however, it needs to be managed so that it does not become out of control.
You are not alone
1 in 10 people say that they have trouble controlling their own anger.
