Health
Health is an individual’s overall physical, mental, sexual or emotional well-being. Poor health can lead to changes in our lifestyle and can affect things like education or work, family, relationships, social activities, confidence, happiness and fitness levels. There is plenty of support available to help us improve our general health and well-being. (There is also a section on Sexual Health within this website).
You are not alone
Increasing pressures in everyday life can have a knock-on effect on anyone’s health, so please be assured that you are not alone if you are feeling unwell or concerned about your health. If you are unable to speak to your own doctor or prefer not to, there are some alternative supports available.
