Self Esteem
Self esteem is how much a person appreciates or values themselves. High self esteem means they are confident and positive and are probably in control of their life and where they want it to go. A person with low self-esteem may believe they’re not important or worthwhile, lack confidence and can be deeply hurt by comments made about them. They may also find it hard to make decisions or be confident enough to try new things.
