Stress & anxiety
Stress and anxiety can cause agitation, racing heartbeat, sweating, churning stomach, tiredness, headaches, digestive difficulties, not being able to sleep properly or to concentrate for long. Stress and anxiety are both normal reactions, which usually happen when we are confronted with situations where we feel uncomfortable, worried or threatened. However, being stressed and anxious a lot of the time can lead to ill-health and practical problems in our daily lives.
