The lowdown has been providing training and consultancy services since 1989. The most requested of our training programmes are "Enhancing Your Listening & Communication Skills" and "Basic Counselling Skills", however please feel free to request any other training you would like and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. This is a competitively priced bespoke service, tailored specifically to meet the particular needs of your organisation and can be delivered within schools, surgeries, the voluntary sector, colleges/universities, businesses, youth and community groups.
